Alex Arnold is the owner of Arnies Fitness and founder of Fitness Commons. With more than 15 years of coaching experience and a background in Exercise Science, Alex works with clients of all ages and ability levels — from beginners looking to build strength and confidence to athletes focused on performance and long-term development.

His approach combines structured programming, practical coaching, and an emphasis on training that is both effective and sustainable. Whether the goal is getting stronger, moving better, improving body composition, or simply building consistency, Alex focuses on helping clients train with purpose and make real progress over time.

Alex offers one-on-one personal training, small group coaching, and online programming exclusively at Fitness Commons.
